Moti Paneli Social and Educational Development Trust

Moti Paneli Social and Educational Development Trust has been functioning since 1998 for social and educational development in Moti Paneli. Late Mrs. Heeraben Zhaverchand Vasa founded this Trust. The Trust has done an excellent job for the overall development of the village by starting service activities. Medical camps are organized primarily for the weak and poor people in Moti Paneli and surrounding villages.

This Trust’s scope includes conducting public programs, social solidarity activities, and de-addiction programs to develop the spirit of nationalism and social awareness among the youth

Maru Gam

Moti Paneli village is situated on the banks of the Phulzar river. King Bha Kumbha acquired Moti Paneli between 1755-1790. In 1948, Moti Paneli became a part of Rajkot District and came under Upleta Taluka. In 1952, Gram Panchayat was established in Moti Paneli.

In 1944-45, Shree Parvatibai Public Hospital was started and continued till 1972. In 1972, the government started Government Hospital, which is still working in the village.

The administrative center has magnificent construction here. A modern building was constructed in 1932-33. Today, this building has Gram Panchayat Office, Primary Health Center, Irrigation Office, and Government Guest House.

Moti Paneli Social and Educational Development Trust has done an excellent job for the overall development of the village by starting service activities. Medical camps are organized primarily for the weak and poor people in Moti Paneli and surrounding villages.

In 1998, the Trust conducted the first Sarva Roga Nidan Camp on a large scale in which 1140 patients participated. Since then, various camps have been organized annually, including blood donation camps, eye diagnosis camps, eye-implantation camps, and vaccination camps for multiple diseases.
